If you still need support, please either send an email to support@kryptnet.com, or the best way is to create an account in our support system below. You will need a valid email account to register - if you are concerned about security, please use a free email account to sign up.
To use the support system you will need to create a separate account to the one you use to sign on to Kryptnet. Our support and access systems are kept separate deliberately, so we can maintain them independently and minimise the risk of security problems occurring.
When emailing support or creating a new ticket, please include a copy of your log file. In windows, you can view your log by right-clicking on the OpenVPN system tray icon, clicking on the connection you use, then on View Details.
