I can't connect to Kryptnet - the system tray icon won't turn green.

Connection failures are generally caused by either ISP blocking (although we've only had this problem with Iran) or DNS poisoning (China does this to stop VPN connections).

Contact support@kryptnet.com and send us a copy of your log file, so we can diagnose and resolve the problem.  We can generally provide you with a custom configuration file which will resolve the problem.

You can view your log file (in Windows) by right-clicking on the OpenVPN system tray icon, clicking on the connection you use then clicking on View Details.
